How to lose weight
Weight is just a number and not a problem statement. it is imperative to understand the same and view this number purely from a healthy body perspective.
Skinny and Obese; both are not the desirable body states. The weight of an individual is dependent on various parameters.
- Height of the person
- Age of the person
- Body type of the person
- Hormones and genes of the person
whether a person needs to gain/lose weight gain depends on specific requirement of each person.
The body types are largely classified as ectomorph, mesomorph and endomorph. though when we talk of the female form we talk about body type as pear, apple, hourglass, triangle, inverted triangle and rectangle and diamond. but underlying criteria depends on muscle stature, limbs and metabolic rate.
Ectomorph are our standard skinny people who somehow do not get fat despite eating round the clock. these people have a very high metabolic rate. largely they request us to help them build body mass. they can gain weight only though calorie augmentation and hence through a special diet.
Mesomorph are the most sought after body types. these people look proportioned inspite of being slightly over/under weight. these bodies can lose and gain weight easily and have a good bone structure and muscle composition.
Endomorph are the ones who are more prone to obesity. these people are usually short in stature with soft bodies largely inclined towards fat deposition. They need to enter a healthy diet program and also look at cardio or walking to keep their weight in check.
