Eating Kiwi has become a fad. The fruit is expensive and people are buying it without realizing its benefits. With the ongoing scare of Dengue and other such fevers, this fruit has gained a lot of popularity. We thought to give you a run down on the benefits of Kiwi.
Kiwi is a small round shaped green fleshy fruit which owes its origin to Yangtze River valley of northern China and Zhejiang Province on the coast of eastern China but it has the maximum cultivation in California and New Zealand. The fruit also known as Chinese Gooseberry has numerous varieties and in the last 10-15 years it has gained acceptance worldwide due to its medicinal properties.
